摘要	随着近年来难愈合创面的不断增加，其难愈合性创面的修复也成为了医学领域研究的热点，本文主要是总结分析创面修复病房在十年中收治的难愈合创面患者的特点，以及在住院期间促进创面愈合的主要治疗方法和技术，重点总结在临床护理中提供的有效护理措施，主要总结保持引流的功能状态、正确的更换引流装置、正确的创面冲洗以及患者住院期间皮肤护理、营养支持及心理护理等内容，进一步为提高难愈合性创面护理水平提供临床经验。
Abstract	With the increasing number of difficult-to-heal wounds in recent years, the healing of difficult-to-heal wounds has become a hot spot in the medical field. This article mainly summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of patients with difficult-to-heal wounds treated in the wound healing ward in the past ten years, as well as the main treatment methods and techniques to promote wound healing during hospitalization, focusing on the effective nursing measures provided in clinical nursing. It mainly summarized the contents of maintaining the functional state of drainage, correctly replacing drainage devices, correctly washing wounds, and skin care, nutritional support and psychological care of patients during hospitalization, so as to further provide clinical experience for improving the nursing level of refractory wounds.
