Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the psychological state of patients with chronic liver disease. Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic liver disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the experimental subjects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and patients in the observation group were treated with nursing intervention measures, and then compared the psychological state of patients in the two groups. Results According to the data, the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group, and the SDS score and SAS score of patients in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group after nursing, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of nursing intervention for patients with chronic liver disease can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, but also can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of patients, significant application value, can be widely promoted.
