摘要	急性缺血性脑卒中一般是指患者机体内突然中断脑供血，脑部缺血从而导致患者的脑组织出现坏死的现象，该病主要是由于患者的为脑部血液提供供给的动脉出现了血栓等情况，使得患者管腔闭塞，导致局灶性急性脑供血不足。目前在临床上治疗该病主要是依靠保守治疗的手段进行治疗，其中最常见的就是溶栓以及康宁治疗，尤其是在改善患者脑组织缺血的状况方面，溶栓治疗发挥的作用非常显著，这种治疗手段不仅仅可以使得患者缺血的脑组织重建血供循环，也可以对患者已经被损坏的神经细胞起到修复作用，从而使得治疗的效果更好。对急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓患者相关护理干预的效果进行综述，旨在为促进急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓患者施行更好的护理干预措施，加速患者康复进展，提高其日常生活能力，改善患者生活质量，提高患者满意度。
Abstract	Acute ischemic stroke generally refers to the sudden interruption of cerebral blood supply in the patients body, and cerebral ischemia leads to the necrosis of the patients brain tissue. The disease is mainly due to the thrombosis of the artery that provides blood supply for the brain, which makes the patient lumen occlusion, leading to focal acute cerebral blood supply insufficiency. Currently in clinical treatment of the disease is mainly rely on conservative treatment, one of the most common is thrombolysis and corning treatment, especially in improving the condition of brain tissue ischemia, thrombolytic therapy play a very significant role, this treatment can make patients not only ischemia brain tissue reconstruction of blood circulation, can also repair patients has been damaged nerve cells, so as to make the treatment effect better.This paper reviews the effects of nursing interventions related to acute ischemic stroke patients with intravenous thrombolysis, in order to promote acute ischemic stroke patients with intravenous thrombolysis to implement better nursing intervention measures, accelerate the progress of rehabilitation, improve their daily life ability, improve the quality of life of patients, improve patient satisfaction.
