摘要	探讨医护一体化康复护理在老年慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法现随机选取 2020 年 4 月-2021 年 4 月期间就诊于我院的老年慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象，共计纳入 88 例，每组均为 44 例。对照组患者在进行血液透析治疗期间采取常规透析护理方案，观察组则采取医护一体化康复护理，对两组患者的情况。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为 97.72%，明显低于对照组的 81.81%，组间数据差异显示（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组患者 SAS 评分和 SDS 评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论医护一体化康复护理可有效提升老年慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者的生活质量、护理满意度，改善患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪，临床应用效果较好，值得应用。【关键词】医护一体化康复护理；老年慢性肾功能衰竭；血液透析
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of integrated rehabilitation care in elderly patients with chronic renal failure. Methods Elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure who came to our hospital from April 2020 and April 2021 were randomly selected as the study object. A total of 88 patients were included, including 44 patients in each group. The patients in the control group adopted routine dialysis nursing plan during hemodialysis treatment, while the observation group adopted integrated rehabilitation care for the patients of the two groups.. Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 97.72%, significantly lower than 81.81% of the control group. The data difference showed (P <0.05), the quality of life scores of the observation group (P <0.05), and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrated medical rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure, improve their anxiety and depression, and have a good clinical application effect.
