Objective To explore the influence of seamless docking nursing on improving the nursing efficiency of acute digestive endoscopy. Methods 100 patients with acute digestive endoscopy admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into the control group (n=50) and the observation group (n=50). The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, while the patients in the observation group received seamless docking nursing intervention, and the relevant indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of clinical related indexes, SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.00% lower than that in the control group (22.00%, P<0.05); 94.00% of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05); The compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 92.00% higher than that in the control group (74.00%, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of seamless docking nursing in the nursing treatment of patients with acute digestive endoscopy can reduce the occurrence of negative emotions and complications of patients, improve patient satisfaction and compliance, and improve the efficiency of acute digestive endoscopy nursing.
