Objective To explore the clinical effect and value of early nursing intervention in nursing acute mastitis during lactation. Methods 52 cases of acute mastitis in lactation were randomly divided into control group (26 cases, with routine nursing) and observation group (26 cases, with early nursing intervention). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The two groups of patients had achieved some results after receiving nursing care, but after early nursing intervention, the time of symptom disappearance in the observation group, including the time of disappearance of breast redness and swelling, the time of disappearance of breast distension and pain, and the time of disappearance of inflammation, were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); SDS and SAS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group (P; The incidence of complications, including chapped nipple, breast pain and sepsis, was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early nursing intervention can achieve better effect in nursing the patients with acute mastitis during lactation. It can effectively relieve their symptoms, improve their psychological state, reduce the occurrence of complications, and has high value in use.
