Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of targeted psychological nursing for patients with ulcerative gynecological tumors, and take the changes of patients compliance and negative emotions as data support. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the gynecological tumor patients hospitalized in our hospital from 2021 to 2022. 120 of them were selected as the study samples, and 1-120 numbers were randomly numbered. Combined with odd and even numbers, they were equally divided into two groups: the control group (conventional nursing) and the research group (conventional nursing+targeted psychological nursing), and the data outcomes of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The compliance of patients in the study group: medication compliance (95.00), treatment compliance (93.00), diet compliance (91.66), negative emotion score: SAS (22.01 ± 1.10), SDS (23.14 ± 1.24), quality of life score: physical function (89.78 ± 3.09), social function (91.46 ± 2.12), role function (92.58 ± 4.16), cognition (94.36 ± 2.68), and nursing satisfaction compared with the other group, All of them showed high superiority, reflecting statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of targeted psychological therapy for patients with gynecological tumors is helpful to improve their negative emotions, improve their compliance, and achieve a good quality of life. It is of great significance in clinical application. It is suggested that this nursing measure be widely applied.
