Objective To explore and analyze the nursing strategy of intensive treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with insulin pump. Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the admission sequence number of patients, 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by means of random number grouping. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode. The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing mode. The nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group was compared and analyzed. Blood glucose index; And quality of life. The result After nursing intervention, the observation group in nursing satisfaction; Blood glucose index; The quality of life was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the treatment process of type 2 diabetes patients, the use of comprehensive nursing mode for patient intervention, can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients, and can significantly improve the blood sugar index of patients, in the process of practical application has a good effect, worthy of further promotion and application.
