Objective In order to effectively improve the anoxic state of patients with Guillain Barre syndrome, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the cure rate, to further explore the effect of strengthening the related nursing with mechanical ventilation, and to provide effective reference for clinical practice. Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with Guillain Barre syndrome were selected as the research object. They were all admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2021 for treatment and given mechanical ventilation treatment and related nursing interventions. Results Statistical study showed that after mechanical ventilation treatment and related nursing intervention, the blood gas analysis indexes (PaO2, PCaO2) of patients with Guillain Barre syndrome were significantly better than those before mechanical ventilation treatment, There were 7 (46.67%) patients with more than 3 complications, 4 (26.67%) patients with two complications, and 3 (20.00%) patients with one complication.Conclusion The analysis shows that the anoxic state of patients with Guillain Barre syndrome has been significantly improved after mechanical ventilation treatment. After the intervention of mechanical ventilation related nursing, the occurrence of complications can be reduced, so as to improve the treatment effect. It is recommended to use it widely in clinical practice.
