摘要	分析有氧运动的延续护理对维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量和临床症状的影响。方法选择我院 2021 年 3 月到 2022 年 3 月接收的维持性血液透析患者为研究对象，一共为 80 例，将其按照随机数表方式分组，其中 40 例研究对象采取基础护理，设定为对照组，40 例研究对象在对照组基础上加入有氧运动的延续护理，设定为观察组。分析两组护理效果差异。结果护理后，观察组睡眠质量评分明显降低于对照组，观察组临床症状评分明显降低于对照组，（P<0.05）为差异显著，有统计学意义。结论有氧运动的延续护理应用于维持性血液透析中能够改善睡眠质量和临床症状，值得临床重视并大力推广。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effects of aerobic exercise on sleep quality and clinical symptoms of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with maintenance hemodialysis received in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as study subjects. They were grouped according to a random number table. 40 of them took basic care and were set as the control group, and 40 of them were set as the observation group by adding continuous care of aerobic exercise on the basis of the control group. The difference of nursing effect between the two groups was analyzed. Results After nursing, the sleep quality score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the clinical symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, (P<0.05) indicating significant difference and statistical significance. Conclusion The continuous care of aerobic exercise can improve sleep quality and clinical symptoms in maintenance hemodialysis, which is worthy of clinical attention and promotion.
