手术室综合护理对人工全膝关节置换术患者的影响

摘要	分析手术室综合护理用于人工全膝关节置换术的价值。方法对 2021 年 10 月-2022 年 9 月本科接诊人工全膝关节置换术病人（n=200）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各 100 人，前者采取手术室综合护理，后者行常规护理。对比 HSS 评分等指标。结果关于 HSS 评分，干预结束时：试验组数据（69.54±5.28）分，和对照组数据（59.27±4.61）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于不良事件：试验组发生率 2.0%，和对照组数据 10.0%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组数据 98.0%，和对照组数据 87.0%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于护理质量：试验组数据（98.53±0.94）分，和对照组数据（93.03±1.57）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论人工全膝关节置换术用手术室综合护理，不良事件发生率更低，护理质量更好，膝关节功能改善也更加明显，满意度提升更为迅速。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing in operating room for total knee arthroplasty. Methods From October 2021 to September 2022, 200 undergraduate patients (n=200) undergoing total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 100 patients in each group. The former received comprehensive nursing in operating room, while the latter received routine nursing. HSS score and other indicators were compared. Results At the end of the intervention, the HSS score of the experimental group was (69.54±5.28), which was higher than that of the control group (59.27±4.61) (P < 0.05). Regarding adverse events, the incidence of the trial group was 2.0%, which was lower than that of the control group (10.0%) (P < 0.05). In terms of satisfaction, 98.0% of the experimental group was higher than 87.0% of the control group (P < 0.05). About the quality of care: the score of the experimental group (98.53±0.94) was higher than that of the control group (93.03±1.57) (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in operating room for artificial total knee arthroplasty has lower incidence of adverse events, better nursing quality, more obvious improvement of knee function, and more rapid improvement of satisfaction.
