摘要
针对小儿肺炎患者采纳超声雾化吸入治疗,并加强对患者的护理干预,提升治疗效果。方法 我 院 2021 年 11 月-2022 年 6 月期间期间接受住院治疗的小儿肺炎患者 40 例,按照奇偶数分组法对所有儿童分组, 每组为 20 人。治疗方法:两组患儿均接受超声雾化吸入治疗;护理方法:对照组患儿采用常规护理方法,实验 组患儿采用临床护理干预,对比两组患儿病情变化。结果 治疗前,两组患儿血清检测结果差异不大,经数据检 验(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清检测结果均有所好转,实验组明显优于对照组数据,有统计学意义(P<0.05); 实验组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,数据对比结果(P<0.05),存在统计学对比意义;实验组患儿平均住院时长短 于对照组,组间数据对比结果为(P<0.05),存在统计学对比意义。结论 对小儿肺炎的患儿运用超声雾化吸入治 疗疗效较好,同时进行相应的临床护理干预,能够使临床疗效明显提升,快速有效地减轻患儿痛苦。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing experience of ultrasonic atomization inhalation in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia. Methods From November 2021 to June 2022, 40 children with pneumonia who were hospitalized in our hospital were divided into groups according to the odd-even number grouping method, with 20 children in each group. Treatment methods: Both groups of children were treated with ultrasonic atomization inhalation; Nursing methods: The control group children were treated with routine nursing methods, and the experimental group children were treated with clinical nursing intervention, and the changes of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the serum test results between the two groups, which was tested by data (P>0.05); After treatment, the serum test results of both groups were improved, and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the results of data comparison were statistically significant (P<0.05); The average length of hospitalization of children in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group. The result of data comparison between the groups was (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The treatment of ultrasonic atomization inhalation for children with pediatric pneumonia is good, and the corresponding clinical nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the pain of children quickly and effectively.
