混合痔患者术后的中医综合护理

摘要	分析中医综合护理用于混合痔术后的价值。方法 2020 年 1 月-2021 年 12 月本科接诊混合痔手术病人 60 名，随机均分 2 组。试验组采取中医综合护理，对照组行常规护理。对比首次排便时间等指标。结果关于 VAS 评分、首次排便时间、SDS 和 SAS 评分及满意度这几个指标：试验组数据都优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论混合痔术后用中医综合护理，效果显著，满意度也更高，负性情绪缓解更为迅速。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of TCM comprehensive nursing for mixed hemorrhoids after operation. Methods From January 2020 to December 2021, 60 patients receiving mixed hemorrhoid surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group received TCM comprehensive nursing, and the control group received routine nursing. Compare the time of first defecation and other indicators. Results In terms of VAS score, first defecation time, SDS and SAS score and satisfaction, the experimental group was better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion After mixed hemorrhoids operation, the comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine has significant effect, higher satisfaction and more rapid relief of negative emotions.
