老年冠心病合并 2 型糖尿病患者的社区护理效果的综合研究

摘要	目的分析社区护理用于老年冠心病合并 2 型糖尿病的价值。方法对 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月本科接诊老年冠心病合并 2 型糖尿病病人（n=151）进行随机分组，试验组 76 人采取社区护理，对照组 75 人行常规护理。对比依从性等指标。结果关于依从性，试验组数据 98.68%，和对照组数据 88.0%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于空腹血糖和餐后 2h 血糖：干预结束时，试验组数据分别是（5.36±0.47）mmol/L、（7.52±1.07）mmol/L，和对照组数据（6.25±0.63）mmol/L、（8.94±1.45）mmol/L 相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于满意度：试验组数据 97.37%，和对照组数据 82.67%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论老年冠心病合并 2 型糖尿病用社区护理，依从性提升更加明显，血糖指标改善更为迅速，满意度也更高。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of community nursing for elderly coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes. Methods Elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus (n=151) who received undergraduate treatment from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into three groups, with 76 patients in the experimental group receiving community nursing and 75 patients in the control group receiving routine nursing. Compare compliance and other measures. Results As for the compliance, the data of the experimental group was 98.68%, which was higher than that of the control group 88.0% (P < 0.05). Regarding fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose: at the end of intervention, the experimental group data were (5.36±0.47) mmol/L and (7.52±1.07) mmol/L, respectively, which were lower than the control group data (6.25±0.63) mmol/L and (8.94±1.45) mmol/L (P < 0.05). About satisfaction: the data of experimental group was 97.37%, which was higher than that of control group (82.67%, P < 0.05). Conclusions Community nursing for elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes can improve the compliance more obviously, improve the blood glucose index more rapidly, and have higher satisfaction.
