Objective To evaluate the effect of developing the enteral nutrition care team in the severe neurology department patients on reducing the risk of aspiration. Method random screening my hospital neurology to receive 80 severe patients, will be selected all patients with random digital table into observation group and control group has 40 cases, both groups of patients accept intestinal nutrition support intervention, while giving the control group patients routine care management, observation group of enteral nutrition care management group, compare the two groups of nursing management effect. Results nursing management after the two groups of results show, observation group nursing management quality, nurses to aspiration knowledge, standardized operation rate is significantly improved compared with the control group, patients with aspiration incidence and gastric retention incidence is lower than the control group, patients feeding success rate is higher than the control group, patient body nutrition index improvement effect is better than the control group, (P <0.05). Conclusion in neurology severe patients with enteral nutrition care group intervention, can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing services and nursing staff to nutrition support management comprehensive ability, reduce the incidence of aspiration and gastric retention complications, thus improve the enteral nutrition feeding success rate, improve the patients body nutrition state, promote the efficiency of disease treatment in patients.
