Objective To analyze the application effect of tracking methodology in the quality control of hospital infection management for patients with endoscopic diagnosis in digestive medicine. Methods From December 2019 to December 2022, 100 patients were diagnosed by endoscopy in the department of gastroenterology. Among them, from December 2019 to December 2021, 50 patients with routine management were taken as the reference group in the quality control of hospital infection management for endoscopic diagnosis patients. 50 patients with follow-up methodology from January 2022 to December 2022 were the experimental group. Compare the effect of intervention between the two groups. Results The incidence of hospital infection and doctor-patient disputes in the experimental group was lower (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of tracking methodology in the quality control of hospital infection management in patients with endoscopic diagnosis of digestive medicine can reduce the incidence of hospital infection and doctor-patient disputes, and ensure the safety of patients. The patients are satisfied.
