全面护理在复发性流产患者寿胎丸治疗中的作用

摘要	探析全面护理在复发性流产患者寿胎丸治疗中的作用。方法选取 2021 年 1 月~2022 年 1 月选取我院门诊收治的 72 例复发性流产患者，随机分为两组，对照组 36 例实施常规护理，观察组实施全面护理，比较两组患者的护理满意度、妊娠结局、不良情绪、不良反应情况。结果护理实施后，观察组的总满意度 94.44%高于对照组 75.00%，且观察组的妊娠成功率 91.67%高于对照组 77.78%，观察组的 SAS 评分、SDS 评分均低于对照组，观察组的不良反应发生率 5.6%低于对照组 19.44%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在复发性流产患者治疗中应用全面护理可以明显提高护理满意度，疏解不良情绪，改善妊娠结局，减少不良反应的发生，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the role of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of recurrent abortion patients with Shoutai pills. Methods 72 patients with recurrent abortion admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group (36 cases) received routine nursing care, and the observation group (36 cases) received comprehensive nursing care. The nursing satisfaction, pregnancy outcome, adverse emotions, and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After the implementation of nursing, the total satisfaction of the observation group was 94.44% higher than that of the control group (75.00%), and the pregnancy success rate of the observation group was 91.67% higher than that of the control group (77.78%). The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group. The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 5.6% lower than that of the control group (19.44%), with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of patients with recurrent abortion can significantly improve nursing satisfaction, relieve bad emotions, improve pregnancy outcomes, and reduce adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
