摘要	探究分析心理护理对腹腔镜子宫内膜癌患者术后不良情绪的影响。方法选取于 2021 年 2 月至 2022 年 10 月，至我院接受腹腔镜子宫内膜癌手术的患者共 64 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 64 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用心理护理模式进行干预；对比分析对照组以及观察组的心理状态；以及生活质量。结果经护理干预后，观察组在心理状态；以及生活质量方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论在对接受腹腔镜子宫内膜癌手术的患者进行干预的过程中，采用心理护理模式对患者进行干预，能够有效提升患者的生活质量，同时能够显著改善患者的心理状态，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the influence of psychological nursing on the bad mood of patients with laparoscopic endometrial cancer after surgery. Methods From February 2021 to October 2022, a total of 64 patients who underwent laparoscopic endometrial cancer surgery in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the number of admission sequences, 64 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was intervened with conventional nursing mode; The observation group was intervened by psychological nursing mode; The psychological state of the control group and the observation group was compared and analyzed; And quality of life. Results After nursing intervention, the observation group was in the psychological state; And the quality of life was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the process of intervention for patients undergoing laparoscopic endometrial cancer surgery, psychological nursing mode can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, and can significantly improve the psychological status of patients. It has excellent effects in the actual application process, and is worth further promotion and application.
