Abstract To explore the clinical value of high quality nursing service in patients with hypertension in primary hospitals. Methods Choose our hospital in March 2021 - December 2021 primary hypertension patients in hospital 76 cases as the research, with time to different groups, observation group and control group all the 38 cases, control group, routine nursing group lines of high quality care, compared two groups of blood pressure levels, the compliance rate and quality of life score according to the medical behavior. Results The two groups before treatment the quality of life score, diastolic and systolic blood pressure is no difference (P > 0.05), after treatment compared with before treatment, two groups of a significant rise in quality of life score, and the observation group was higher than control group, observation group according to the medical behavior compliance rate (92.11%) and control group (68.42%) is higher, the observation group were lower than that of control group, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure There were significant differences between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing measures in hypertension in primary hospitals has significant effect, which can reduce the level of blood pressure and improve the compliance rate of medical behavior, which is worthy of promotion and application.
