50 例耳前瘘管切开引流的护理体会

摘要	探究耳前瘘管切开引流护理体会。方法选取我院收治的 50 例耳前瘘管患者作为研究对象，向其提供针对性护理，对其护理前后的效果进行对比分析。结果研究对象在采用针对性护理后，1 周内痊愈率达 68.00%，治疗后生活质量评分明显高于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理满意度达 98.00%。结论在耳前瘘管患者切开引流护理中，采用针对性护理能取得较佳的效果，可提升其痊愈时间，促进其生活质量的提升，提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the nursing experience of preauricular fistula incision and drainage. Methods 50 cases of patients with preauricular fistula in our hospital were selected as the research object, and targeted nursing was provided to them, and the effects before and after nursing were compared and analyzed. Results After the use of targeted nursing, the recovery rate within 1 week reached 68.00%, the life quality score after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); Nursing satisfaction reached 98.00%. Conclusion In the incision and drainage nursing of patients with preauricular fistula, the targeted nursing can achieve better results, improve the healing time, promote the improvement of their quality of life, and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
