摘要	探析优质护理对乙型肝炎患者的干预效果。方法选取 2021 年 3 月至 2022 年 3 月我院收治的 140 例乙型肝炎患者，随机分为两组，对照组 70 例采用常规护理，观察组 70 例实施优质护理，比较两组的心理状态、护理依从性、生命质量、不良反应。结果护理后观察组 SAS、SDS 评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的总依从性为 91.43%高于对照组 65.71%（P<0.05）；观察组的生命质量指标评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的各项不良反应均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论乙型肝炎患者在接受优质护理干预后，明显改善焦虑和抑郁等不良心理状态，并且提高患者的依从性和生命质量，减少不良反应的发生，值得临床推广和应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the intervention effect of high-quality nursing on hepatitis B patients. Methods 140 patients with hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (70 cases) received routine care, and the observation group (70 cases) received quality care. The psychological status, nursing compliance, quality of life, and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The total compliance of the observation group was 91.43% higher than that of the control group (65.71%, P<0.05); The scores of quality of life indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); All adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion After receiving high- quality nursing intervention, the patients with hepatitis B can significantly improve their anxiety and depression, improve their compliance and quality of life, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
