Objective In order to verify the clinical effect of early nursing intervention for patients with
thoracolumbar spinal fractures, a comparative experiment is conducted. Methods participate in the experimental patients
are selected from 2022 years in our hospitalization of thoracic and lumbar spine fracture patients, screening 160 cases,
combined with odd and even digital grouping method, all patients are divided into two groups, one group as a control
group for routine nursing intervention, the other group as early nursing intervention, integrated statistics after the two
groups of patients nursing data outcome. Results Quality of life (physical function, physical health, mental health, mental
health, social interaction Relationship, overall health) score, recovery (VAS score, BI score, length of stay) all showed
higher advantage compared with the other group, and the incidence of adverse events was lower than the other group,
and care satisfaction showed higher data, compared with the other group, showing statistical significance P <0.05.
Conclusion After adopting early nursing intervention for thoracic and lumbar spine fractures, it is beneficial to reduce
the incidence of related adverse events, effectively improve the quality of life, shorten the hospitalization time of patients,
and get high evaluation and reflect high application value. It is suggested that this nursing measures should be widely
promoted.
