Objective To explore the application and nursing value of intravenous indwelling needle in renal diseases. Methods 261 patients with renal diseases admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were taken as the subjects of this study. All of them used intravenous indwelling needles. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by drawing lots. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given high-quality care. The one-time puncture success rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients with renal diseases were compared. Results the success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (p<0.05) Conclusion Nephropathy includes chronic glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis, renal syndrome, acute renal failure, chronic renal failure, kidney stones, renal cysts (polycystic kidney), diabetes nephropathy, high blood nephropathy, purpura nephritis, lupus nephritis, childrens kidney disease, etc. The implementation of high-quality nursing care for patients with kidney disease with intravenous indwelling needle significantly improved the patients satisfaction with nursing and promoted the success rate of one-time puncture.
