心理护理与健康教育用于泌尿外科住院患者中效果探讨

摘要	分析泌尿外科住院病人用心理护理和健康教育的价值。方法对 2020 年 10 月-2022 年 9 月本院泌尿外科接诊住院病人（n=86）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各 43 人，前者采取心理护理和健康教育，对照组行常规护理。对比 SDS 评分等指标。结果关于 SDS 和 SAS 评分，干预结束时：试验组数据分别是（30.63±3.12）分、（32.49±3.97）分，和对照组数据（42.74±4.85）分、（44.63±4.85）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于疾病认知度这个指标：试验组数据（89.63±4.02）分，和对照组数据（65.37±5.79）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组数据 97.67%，和对照组数据 81.4%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论泌尿外科住院病人用心理护理和健康教育，负性情绪缓解更为迅速，疾病认知度改善更加明显，满意度也更高。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of psychological nursing and health education for inpatients in urology department. Methods A total of 86 inpatients (n=86) admitted to urology Department of our hospital from October 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 43 patients in each group. The former group received psychological nursing and health education, while the control group received routine nursing. Compare SDS score and other indicators. Results At the end of the intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS in the experimental group were (30.63±3.12) and (32.49±3.97), respectively, which were lower than those in the control group (42.74±4.85) and (44.63±4.85) (P < 0.05). As for the index of disease awareness, the score of the experimental group (89.63±4.02) was higher than that of the control group (65.37±5.79) (P < 0.05). In terms of satisfaction, 97.67% of the experimental group was higher than 81.4% of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion With psychological nursing and health education, the negative emotion is relieved more quickly, the disease awareness is improved more obviously, and the satisfaction is higher.
