儿童口腔科门诊开展优质护理服务的体会

摘要	探讨采用优质护理服务方式对儿童口腔科门诊患者进行干预后获得应用效果。方法选取时间段在 2021 年 1 月～2022 年 1 月范围，我院 156 例口腔科门诊患儿作为调查研究对象；护理研究中采用随机数字表法展开各组口腔科门诊患儿例数的平均划分；即参照组，例数为 78 例，采用传统护理模式完成门诊护理干预；研究组，例数为 78 例，采用优质护理模式完成门诊护理干预；组间比较两组口腔科门诊患儿家属护理满意度（护理态度、心理干预、护理效率、护患沟通、护理效果）评分、患儿护理总依从度。结果研究组口腔科门诊患儿家属护理态度、心理干预、护理效率、护患沟通、护理效果评分相较于参照组呈现出明显提升（P<0.05）；研究组口腔科门诊患儿护理总依从度相较于参照组呈现出显著提升（P<0.05）。结论儿童口腔科门诊在开展护理工作期间，优质护理服务相较于传统护理方式的有效运用，可将门诊患儿家属的护理满意度显著提高，并将患儿的护理依从性显著提升，确保对于护理工作可以积极配合，显著提升儿童口腔科门诊整体护理质量。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of applying high-quality nursing service to childrens stomatology outpatient after intervention. Methods 156 children in stomatology department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects; In the nursing study, the random number table method was used to divide the average number of children in each groups outpatient department of stomatology; That is, the reference group, 78 cases, completed outpatient nursing intervention with traditional nursing mode; The study group, 78 cases, completed outpatient nursing intervention with high-quality nursing mode; The scores of nursing satisfaction (nursing attitude, psychological intervention, nursing efficiency, nurse patient communication, nursing effect) and total compliance of childrens nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of nursing attitude, psychological intervention, nursing efficiency, communication between nurses and patients, and nursing effect of the family members of the children in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the total compliance of children in the study group in stomatology outpatient department was significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion During the period of carrying out nursing work in the outpatient department of childrens stomatology, compared with the effective use of traditional nursing methods, high-quality nursing services can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of the families of children in the outpatient department, and significantly improve the nursing compliance of children, so as to ensure active cooperation in nursing work and significantly improve the overall nursing quality of the outpatient department of childrens stomatology.
