肺癌立体定向放射治疗的护理要点及应用

摘要	分析肺癌立体定向放射治疗的护理要点和应用情况。方法选择我院 2020 年 4 月到 2021 年 12 月底接收的 60 例肺癌患者为研究对象，将其按照随机数表方式分组，分为对照组和观察组，各组 30 例。对照组实施基础护理，观察组实施优质护理，分析两组护理效果。结果观察组护理后 WHOQOL-100 评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）为差异显著，有统计学意义。观察组护理后 SAS 评分，SDS 评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）为差异显著，有统计学意义。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）为差异显著，有统计学意义。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）为差异显著，有统计学意义。结论肺癌立体定向放射治疗过程中实施有效护理干预能够改善生活质量，改善心理状况，减少并发症，并且还能获得患者满意评价，值得临床重视并采纳。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the nursing points and application of stereotactic radiotherapy for lung cancer. Methods 60 patients with lung cancer received in our hospital from April 2020 to the end of December 2021 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given basic nursing care, and the observation group was given high-quality nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The score of WHOQOL-100 in the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The SAS score and SDS score in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Effective nursing intervention in the process of stereotactic radiotherapy for lung cancer can improve the quality of life, improve psychological status, reduce complications, and obtain satisfactory evaluation of patients, which is worthy of clinical attention and adoption.
