护理管理干预在静脉输液中的应用效果及对安全性的影响

摘要	研究护理管理干预在静脉输液中的应用效果及对安全性的影响。方法随机选取2022年内在我院进行静脉输液治疗的100例患者，采用随机分组法将其分为对照组与实验组，每组50例。对照组采用基础护理管理干预，实验组采用综合护理管理干预模式，对比两组患者不良反应发生率、工作能力、护理满意度。结果实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组；实验组患者对护士工作能力评分高于对照组；实验组护理满意度高于对照组，两组各项数据对比差异显著，P＜0.05。结论对静脉输液治疗患者实施综合护理管理干预，可有效预防不良反应的发生，提升护士的工作能力，继而提高护理满意度，值得在静脉输液治疗中推广应用，可有效保证患者的输液安全。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect and safety of nursing management intervention in intravenous infusion. Methods 100 patients who were treated with intravenous infusion in our hospital in 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with basic nursing management intervention, and the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing management intervention mode. The incidence of adverse reactions, working ability and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.. Results the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group; Patients in the experimental group scored higher on nurses working ability than those in the control group; The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion the implementation of comprehensive nursing management intervention for patients with intravenous infusion treatment can effectively prevent adverse reactions, improve the working ability of nurses, and then improve nursing satisfaction. It is worth popularizing and applying in intravenous infusion treatment, and can effectively ensure the infusion safety of patients.
