Objective To investigate the clinical application value of the comprehensive nursing intervention, and to evaluate the care of the dry eye patients after cataract phacoemulsification. Methods After collecting 80 cases of cataract phacoemulsification in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022, and after meeting the inclusion criteria, the group study was conducted and named as control group and observation group. After the implementation of different nursing measures, the occurrence of postoperative dry eye disease, postoperative eye condition and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were investigated, and the data were analyzed and compared, which were integrated and elaborated in detail. Results The results can be seen from the study results and data. All the statistics of postoperative dry eye occurrence, postoperative eye condition and nursing satisfaction were far better than those of the control group, and the data between the groups reached p=0.001 <0.05. Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention nursing used in cataract phacoemulsification postoperative care, to implement scientific and effective and reasonable nursing measures, the nursing effect is significant, can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative dry eye, improve dry eye symptoms, and promote the recovery of patients with, and patients responded well, suggested to use.
