Objective To study and analyze the role of interactive management mode in orthopedic nursing management. Methods This study was conducted on 110 orthopedic patients from September 2020 to September 2022. The double-blind control principle was used as the grouping basis of 110 orthopedic patients selected in this experiment. The researchers used traditional nursing management mode and interactive management mode to complete the nursing management of patients in the reference group and the observation group respectively. The patient compliance and nurse-patient disputes in the two groups were recorded and compared. Results In the reference group and the observation group, the number of patients with complete compliance and partial compliance were 39 and 53, respectively, and the patient compliance was 70.91% and 96.36%, respectively. The difference between the corresponding data of the two groups was not negligible (p < 0.05). Among the selected patients in the reference group and the observation group, 5 and 1 patients had nurse-patient disputes, and the occurrence probability of nurse-patient disputes was 9.09% and 1.82%, respectively. There was a significant difference between the corresponding data of the two groups (p < 0.05). Conclusion Interactive management model has high application value in orthopedics nursing management, and its application effect is far better than that of traditional nursing management model, which can improve patient compliance and reduce nurse-patient disputes to a certain extent.
