摘要	分析十二指肠溃疡（DU）患者采取针对性护理对依从率的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2021年9月收治的DU患者108例，按照入院的先后顺序进行分组，先入院的54例患者为观察组实施针对性护理，后入院的54例患者为对照组采取常规护理，对比两组患者营养状态、生活质量、依从率以及满意度。结果 ①营养状态。观察组转铁蛋白、血清白蛋白水平均高于对照组（P<0.05）；②生活质量。观察组情感维度、健康维度等生活质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；③依从率。观察组依从率98.15%高于对照组83.33%（P<0.05）；④满意度。观察组满意度96.30%高于对照组81.48%（P<0.05）。结论针对性护理措施可有效提升DU患者的依从率，改善营养状态以及生活质量。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the effect of targeted nursing on compliance rate of patients with duodenal ulcer (DU). Methods 108 patients with Du admitted from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected and grouped according to the order of admission. The 54 patients admitted first were the observation group for targeted nursing, and the 54 patients admitted later were the control group for routine nursing. The nutritional status, quality of life, compliance rate and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results ① nutritional status. The levels of transferrin and serum albumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); ② Quality of life. The scores of emotional dimension and health dimension of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); ③ Compliance rate. The compliance rate of observation group (98.15%) was higher than that of control group (83.33%) (P < 0.05); ④ Satisfaction. The satisfaction of the observation group (96.30%) was higher than that of the control group (81.48%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion targeted nursing measures can effectively improve the compliance rate, nutritional status and quality of life of DU patients.
