Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing service during the clinical intervention of kidney stone symptoms. Methods A total of 92 patients with kidney stone symptoms who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected, and they were divided into groups by random drawing. , the control group, the research group was given evidence-based nursing, and the control group was given traditional nursing. The results of clinical comparison were statistically analyzed, and the compliance behavior, symptom knowledge mastery, psychological emotions, etc. were analyzed. Results After research, the research groups medical compliance behavior and symptom knowledge were better than those of the control group, and the research group was better. The psychological improvement of the patients in the two groups was compared. According to the clinical relevant data, the anxiety was (38.55± 4.25), (42.85±4.63); depression was (40.85±4.69), (43.97±4.22), and the control group had more bad emotions, and the above indicators were compared (P<0.05), and the statistical significance was established. Conclusion Clinical evidence-based nursing intervention for patients with kidney stones symptoms has significant effect, can effectively improve their nursing compliance, improve the degree of symptom knowledge of patients, ensure the quality of daily life of patients, promote the speed of rehabilitation of patients, worthy of clinical promotion and use.
