摘要	分析鼻咽癌放疗采取全方位护理对致口腔黏膜反应的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2021年12月收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者102例，按照住院床号奇数偶数的方式进行分组，其中观察组的51例患者为床号偶数者，对照组的51例患者为床号奇数者，对比口腔黏膜反应发生情况、生存质量评分以及满意度评分。结果 ①口腔黏膜反应。观察组0级和Ⅰ级发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)，但Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）；②生存质量。观察组生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；③患者满意度。观察组患者满意度评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论通过对鼻咽癌放疗患者实施全方位护理可有效改善口腔黏膜反应的发生程度，同时提升生存质量。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on oral mucosa reaction caused by radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 102 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy from October 2017 to December 2021 were selected and divided into groups according to the odd and even number of inpatient beds. Among them, 51 patients in the observation group were even number of beds and 51 patients in the control group were odd number of beds. The incidence of oral mucosal reaction, quality of life score and satisfaction score were compared. Results ① oral mucosal reaction. The incidence of grade 0 and grade I in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), but the incidence of grade II, III and IV was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); ② Quality of life. The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); ③ Patient satisfaction. The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion comprehensive nursing care for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy can effectively improve the incidence of oral mucosal reaction and improve the quality of life.
