摘要	探究老年高血压护理中应用健康教育模式的影响。方法选取2021年3月-2022年3月在我院收治的老年高血压患者2100例作为研究对象，双盲随机法分成常规组与实验组，各组纳入1050例患者，常规组患者采取常规护理措施，实验组患者采取健康教育干预，后续收集两组的数据进一步对比分析并作为此次研究价值体现的判定标准。结果实验护理组护理效果较为理想且可实施性能较高，考察各项指标评分均显优，较另一组（P<0.05）实验数据有价值体现。结论健康教育干预在老年高血压患者护理中的有效实施，其展现出可行性、科学性，对于改善和控制血压、提升患者的依从性、减轻患者心理负担均具有重要作用，倡导在临床护理中广泛应用和推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of health education mode in nursing of senile hypertension. Methods A total of 2100 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as research objects, and were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group by double-blind randomized method. 1050 patients were included in each group. The conventional group took routine nursing measures, while the experimental group took health education intervention. Subsequently, the data of the two groups were collected for further comparative analysis and used as the criterion for the value of this study. Results The nursing effect of the experimental nursing group was better than that of the other Group (P & Lt; 0.05) . Conclusion The effective implementation of health education intervention in nursing care of elderly patients with hypertension is feasible and scientific, and plays an important role in improving and controlling blood pressure and enhancing patients’compliance, advocate in the clinical nursing extensive application and promotion.
