摘要	讨论研究在普外科腹腔镜手术中开展舒适护理工作的价值作用。方法将2020年1月到2022年7月期间院内的120例接受普外科腹腔镜手术患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组（利用常规模式开展护理工作）、观察组（利用舒适护理模式开展护理工作），观察并比较两组患者对护理工作满意情况，观察并比较两组患者护理前后心理状态评分，观察并比较两组生活质量状态评分。结果接受护理前两组各项心理状态评分之间均无显著差异（P>0.05），接受不同护理后观察组整体患者对护理工作满意水平、各项心理状态评分、生活质量状态评分相关数据信息均明显比对照组更具有优势，P<0.05，有统计学差异。结论在普外科腹腔镜手术中开展舒适护理工作可为患者提供更为满意的护理服务，对患者心理状态、生活质量产生积极影响。
Abstract	Objective to discuss and study the value of comfort nursing in laparoscopic surgery of general surgery. Methods 120 patients undergoing general surgery laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into control group (using the conventional mode to carry out nursing work) and observation group (using the comfortable nursing mode to carry out nursing work). The satisfaction of patients in the two groups with nursing work was observed and compared, and the psychological state scores of patients in the two groups before and after nursing were observed and compared, The quality of life status scores of the two groups were observed and compared. Results there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of various psychological states before receiving nursing care (P > 0.05). After receiving different nursing care, the overall patients in the observation group had more advantages over the control group in the level of satisfaction with nursing work, scores of various psychological states, scores of quality of life and related data (P < 0.05). Conclusion carrying out comfortable nursing in laparoscopic surgery of general surgery can provide more satisfactory nursing services for patients, and have a positive impact on the psychological state and quality of life of patients.
