风险管理在高龄髋部骨折护理中的应用效果观察

摘要	分析HF高龄患者使用风险管理的效果。方法从2021年4月-2022年4月急诊外科收治的HF高龄患者中随机抽取68例，随机数字表法均分为A组（常规护理）和B组（风险管理），对比两组效果。结果 B组风险事件发生率2.94%＜A组的20.59%（χ2=5.100,P=0.023）;出院时B组护理满意度评分、髋关节活动度、患者对风险因素认知评分优于A组（p＜0.05）。结论将风险管理用于HF高龄患者效果显著。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of risk management in elderly patients with HF. Methods 68 elderly HF patients admitted to the emergency surgery department from April 2021 to April 2022 were randomly selected and divided into group A (routine nursing) and group B (risk management) by random number table method, and the effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of risk events in group B was 2.94% < 20.59% in group A (x2=5.100,P=0.023). At discharge, the nursing satisfaction score, hip range of motion and patients cognition score of risk factors in group B were better than those in group A (p < 0.05). Conclusion Risk management is effective in elderly patients with HF.
