Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention based on developmental care mode during the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice with blue light irradiation. Methods: The children with pathological jaundice received in our hospital were selected as the observation objects. The children were treated by blue light irradiation. The control group adopted the routine nursing mode. The observation group developed a comprehensive nursing plan based on the development of the nursing mode, and compared the improvement of the condition of the children in the two groups and the satisfaction of their families with the nursing work. Results: Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of TBIL, DBIL and IBIL between the two groups (p>0.05); After nursing, the indexes of TBIL, DBIL and IBIL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (p<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: The developmental care model, as a suitable nursing model, can provide comprehensive care measures during the blue light treatment of newborns with pathological jaundice, effectively improve the pathological factors of children, and enhance the satisfaction of childrens families with nursing.
