Objective: To investigate the anesthetic effect of dezocine and remifentanil in painless induced abortion. Methods: 90 patients who underwent painless induced abortion in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. During the operation, the control group was anesthetized with remifentanil combined with propofol, and the observation group was anesthetized with dizocine combined with propofol. The differences of postoperative anesthesia indexes were counted. Results: the effective rate of anesthesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); By comparing the indexes of vital signs between the observation groups, the levels of various indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The side effects of anesthesia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); By comparing the anesthesia indexes between the observation groups, the indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the anesthesia with dezocine and remifentanil combined with propofol can obtain certain effects, but the anesthesia with dezocine and propofol has better anesthetic effect, can effectively stabilize the vital signs of patients, has less postoperative pain and good safety, so it is suitable for reference.
