摘要	甘草苷是我国常用中药甘草中的主要黄酮类化合物之一。本文综述了目前从甘草中提取分离及纯化甘草苷的常用方法。目前常用的提取方法包括溶剂法、超声与微波辅助提取法等；纯化方法主要有大孔吸附树脂法、聚酰胺柱色谱法等。
Abstract	Glycyrrhizin is one of the main flavonoid compounds in commonly used traditional Chinese medicine licorice in China. This article reviews the commonly used methods for extracting, separating, and purifying glycyrrhizin from licorice. The commonly used extraction methods currently include solvent extraction, ultrasound and microwave assisted extraction, etc; The main purification methods include macroporous adsorption resin method, polyamide column chromatography, etc.
