癫痫患儿卡马西平血药浓度监测结果分析

摘要	分析癫痫患儿卡马西平（CBZ）血药浓度监测结果。方法 2021年12月~2022年12月，在我院就诊的癫痫患儿中选取496例，496例患儿均接受卡马西平治疗，口服给药，每次0.1g，3次/d，给药14d后，血药浓度可达稳态，清晨给药前取2ml静脉血，以高效液相色谱法对稳态谷浓度实施测定。结果在卡马西平的血药浓度<4μg/ml时，有效率达92.6%；血药浓度在4~12μg/ml时，有效率90.5%，血药浓度≥12μg/ml时，有效率达65.4%，可见，随血药浓度升高，疗效有效率降低，数值对比（P<0.05）。联合给药治疗时，25.7%的癫痫患儿血药浓度较4μg/ml小。结论在卡马西平应用期间应注意血药浓度的监测，应以个体情况结合合理调整给药剂量，确保药物应用的有效性、合理性、安全性。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the results of blood concentration monitoring of carbamazepine (CBZ) in children with epilepsy. Methods 496 children with epilepsy were selected from our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022. All 496 children were treated with carbmazepine orally, 0.1g each time, 3 times a day. After 14 days of administration, the blood concentration reached stable state. Results When the blood concentration of carbamazepine was less than 4μg/ml, the effective rate was 92.6%. When the blood concentration was 4-12 μg/ml, the effective rate was 90.5%, and when the blood concentration was ≥12μg/ml, the effective rate was 65.4%, indicating that the effective rate decreased with the increase of the blood concentration (P<0.05). In 25.7% of epileptic children, the concentration was lower than 4μg/ml. Conclusions During the application of carbamazepine, attention should be paid to the monitoring of blood concentration, and the dose should be adjusted reasonably according to individual conditions to ensure the effectiveness, rationality and safety of drug application.
