Abstract
Objective To explore the value of whole course quantitative nursing in improving the body pain and negative emotions of patients after fracture surgery. Methods 100 patients after fracture surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the test group according to the random number table. There were 50 patients in each group. The control group adopted conventional nursing methods, while the test group adopted the whole process quantitative nursing methods. The quality of life, pain, psychological state, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after the intervention were compared. Results The quality of life in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the pain situation was lower than that in the control group. The comparison of the psychological status and nursing satisfaction between the two groups was better in the test group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical practice, the application of the whole process quantitative nursing method to the patients after fracture surgery has a very good effect, which can not only relieve the pain of patients, but also improve the satisfaction of nursing, and has a certain application value.
