Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of omeprazole in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: A total of 102 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the number of admission sequences of patients, 102 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random numerical grouping. The control group was treated with famotidine; The observation group was treated with omeprazole combined with white-browed snake venom hemocoagulin. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the control group and the observation group was compared and analyzed. pH of gastric juice; Gastrointestinal hormonal indicators, complication rate, treatment response rate, recurrence rate. Results: The observation group was better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The treatment of omeprazole combined with white-browed snake venom hemagglutinin in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can significantly improve the disappearance time of clinical symptoms. pH of gastric juice; gastrointestinal hormone indexes, complication rate, treatment response rate, recurrence rate; It is worth promoting and applying.
