Objective To review and analyze the effect of bladder irrigation with 1% iodophor solution in patients with neurogenic bladder complicated with urinary tract infection in the hospital, hoping to promote the development of nursing research related to neurogenic bladder complicated with urinary tract infection. Methods From January 2022 to January 2023, the patients with neurogenic bladder complicated with urinary tract infection in the hospital were studied and discussed, including 60 patients, who were randomly assigned to the control group (30 cases were treated with 0.02% furacilin bladder irrigation) and the observation group (30 cases were treated with 1% iodophor solution bladder irrigation). The relevant data were collected and sorted, and finally processed by statistics. Results The data of the flushing results were processed by the statistical system, and the result P value was less than 0.05. The observation group had better data information in terms of patient satisfaction, urinary tract infection, urinary tract injury, and indwelling catheter time. Conclusion The implementation of bladder irrigation with 1% iodophor solution is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients with neurogenic bladder complicated with urinary tract infection, can reduce the risk of urinary tract infection, reduce the damage to the urinary tract, and can shorten the catheter retention time, which is of great significance in improving patient satisfaction.
