处方分析在西药药学服务中的效果观察

摘要	观察处方分析在西药药学服务中的效果。方法将2022年01月到2022年06月期间的药学服务工作作为对照组，2022年07月到2022年12月期间的药学服务工作作为实验组，两组各随机选取药房工作人员4名，西药处方1800张。对照组按常规西药药学服务工作，实验组通过分析处方，找到存在的问题进行总结，并制定改正方案进行西药药学服务工作。对比两组西药处方的不合理情况和药房工作人员的西药药学知识知晓率。结果实验组西药处方的不合理情况明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组工作人员的西药药学知识知晓率远远高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论将处方分析运用到西药药学服务中，能够有效的减少西药处方中的各种不合理情况，提高工作人员对西药药学知识的掌握度，同时，提高药学服务的质量，有助于促进良好的医患关系。
Abstract	Objective To observe the effect of prescription analysis in pharmaceutical care of western medicine. Methods The pharmaceutical care work from January 2022 to June 2022 was taken as the control group, and the pharmaceutical care work from July 2022 to December 2022 was taken as the experimental group. Four pharmacy staff and 1800 western medicine prescriptions were randomly selected for each of the two groups. The control group performed conventional western medicine pharmaceutical care, while the experimental group summarized existing problems by analyzing prescriptions, and formulated correction plans for western medicine pharmaceutical care. The irrational situation of western medicine prescription and the knowledge rate of pharmacy staff were compared between the two groups. Results The irrational situation of western medicine prescription in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The knowledge of western medicine in the experimental group was much higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions The application of prescription analysis to western pharmaceutical care can effectively reduce various unreasonable situations in western pharmaceutical prescription, improve the staffs grasp of western pharmaceutical knowledge, and improve the quality of pharmaceutical care, which is conducive to promoting a good doctor-patient relationship.
