骨科康复护理技术在髋关节置换术后的临床应用研究

摘要	研究在患者髋关节置换术后应用骨科康复护理技术所起到的临床效果。方法随机选择本院2021年10月至2022年11月收治实施髋关节置换术的患者80例，按照护理方式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组，观察组的患者在术后为患者实施骨科康复护理技术，对照组的患者在术后实施常规护理，通过对两组患者基本资料分析来对护理后的效果进行评价。结果应用骨科康复护理技术的观察组患者护理效果数据明显优于同期对照组，且患者术后VAS评分优于同期对照组（P＜0.05）。结论将骨科康复护理技术应用在髋关节置换术患者护理中能够从多重护理措施中提升患者康复效率，也能从优质的护理服务中提升患者护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To study the clinical effect of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing technology after hip replacement. Methods A total of 80 patients with hip replacement admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to November 2022 were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods. Patients in observation group were given orthopedic rehabilitation nursing technology after surgery, while patients in control group were given routine nursing after surgery. Through the analysis of the basic data of the two groups of patients to evaluate the effect of nursing. Results The nursing effect data of the observation group with orthopedic rehabilitation nursing technology was significantly better than that of the control group, and the postoperative VAS score of the patients was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing technology in the nursing of hip replacement patients can improve the rehabilitation efficiency of patients from multiple nursing measures, and also improve the nursing satisfaction of patients from high-quality nursing services.
