快速康复护理理念对高压氧治疗的突发性耳聋护理效果研究

摘要	针对快速康复护理理念对高压氧治疗的突发性耳聋的护理效果展开分析。方法选取我院2020年1月-2022年1月收治的120例使用高压氧治疗的突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，各60例，对照组患者实施常规护理，研究组患者实施快速康复护理，使用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）对比两组患者护理后的情绪状态。结果研究组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在使用高压氧治疗的突发性耳聋患者的护理过程中实施快速康复护理可以缓解患者的不良情绪，减少并发症的发生，提高治疗效果，临床使用价值较高。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the nursing effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on sudden deafness according to the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing. Methods: 120 patients with sudden deafness treated with hyperbaric oxygen in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 60 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing and the patients in the study group received rapid rehabilitation nursing. The emotional states of the patients in the two groups after nursing were compared with SAS and SDS. Results: the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: during the nursing process of sudden deafness patients treated with hyperbaric oxygen, the implementation of rapid rehabilitation nursing can relieve the patients bad mood, reduce the occurrence of complications, improve the treatment effect, and have high clinical value.
