摘要	本研究借助文献研究、问卷调查的方式，通过使用手机版问卷星程序对呼和浩特市大学生进行调查，得出呼和浩特市大学生亚健康的检出率为69%；在亚健康三个维度中，生理维度得分最高；其次是心理维度；社会维度得分最低；性别、使用手机时间（d/h）等对呼和浩特市大学生亚健康状态有影响。因此需要引起个人、家庭、学校等不同层面的关注，并提出改善学生亚健康状态的建议。
Abstract	With the help of literature research and questionnaire survey, this study investigated college students in Hohhot by using the mobile phone version of the questionnaire star program, and found that the detection rate of sub-health of college students in Hohhot was 69%; Among the three dimensions of sub-health, the physiological dimension scored the highest; Secondly, the psychological dimension; The score of social dimension is the lowest; Gender and mobile phone use time (d/h) have an impact on the sub-health status of college students in Hohhot. Therefore, it is necessary to arouse the attention of individuals, families, schools and other different levels, and put forward suggestions to improve the sub-health status of students.
