| 摘要 |
分析在消化内科中应用护士分层管理的作用以及对护理质量和患者满意度的影响。方法 本次实验实施中，将选取72例在消化内科中接受治疗的患者参与实验，对其基本资料进行了简单分析，确认符合消化疾病诊断标准，并将其随机分配为两个小组，其中一组为使用护士分层管理的观察组，另一组为使用常规护理的对照组，统计比较不同护理模式下的护理质量评分、患者满意度情况。结果 经护士分层管理的实施，观察组基础护理、病情观察、专科护理、应急处置、护理记录等方面的护理质量评分均显著高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。其次，评估统计了两组患者的护理满意度情况，观察组中仅有2例不满意，对照组中则有8例不满意，满意度分别为94.44%、77.78%，观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 在消化内科护理工作中实施护士分层管理可帮助提高护理质量水平，并能够得到患者的认可。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the effect of hierarchical nurse management in gastroenterology and its impact on nursing quality and patient satisfaction. Method: In the implementation of this experiment, 72 patients who received treatment in the Department of gastroenterology were selected to participate in the experiment, and their basic data were briefly analyzed to confirm that they met the diagnostic criteria for digestive diseases, and they were randomly assigned to two groups, one group was the observation group with hierarchical management by nurses, the other group was the control group with routine nursing. The nursing quality score and patient satisfaction were statistically compared under different nursing modes. Results: After the implementation of hierarchical management of nurses, the nursing quality scores of basic nursing, condition observation, specialized nursing, emergency treatment and nursing records in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Secondly, the nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups was evaluated. Only 2 patients in the observation group were dissatisfied, while 8 patients in the control group were dissatisfied, with satisfaction of 94.44% and 77.78%, respectively. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of hierarchical nurse management in gastroenterology nursing can help improve the level of nursing quality, and can be recognized by patients.
