Objective To observe the practical results of fiber post + porcelain crown in oral prosthesis surgery. Methods A total of 137 patients with residual roots of anterior teeth were selected to participate in the study and divided into group Y (n=69) and group X (n=67). Patients in group Y were treated with conventional cast metal post combined with all-porcelain crown, while patients in group X were treated with glass fiber post combined with all-porcelain crown, and the results were compared and summarized. Results It was obvious from the final statistical results that the effective rate of treatment in group Y was 75.36% (52/69), and that in group X was 94.03% (63/67), which was statistically significant between groups (P < 0.05). According to the results of the statistical comparison of the quality of life scores of the two groups, the statistical significance of each index score met the standard conditions of existence due to the size of the P value between the groups (P < 0.05). As can be seen from the statistical results of adverse reaction rate, the adverse reaction rate of patients in group Y was 27.54% (19/69), and the adverse reaction rate of patients in group X was 7.46% (5/67), which was statistically significant between groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of fiber post and porcelain crown is relatively excellent, and it is recommended to strengthen the clinical application.
