心理护理对肾结石患者焦虑状况的影响

摘要	分析心理护理对肾结石患者焦虑状况的影响。方法 2020年1月-2021年10月为本次研究所选择的时间段，此期间内我院收治并自愿加入研究的120例肾结石患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组、实验组，对照组采用常规护理干预，实验组在对照组基础上增加心理护理，分析应用效果。结果实验组焦虑状态改善优于对照组，且睡眠质量恢复优于对照组，对比护理满意度实验组高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论心理护理能够帮助患者保持良好的心态，降低患者发生负性情绪的概率，缓解患者的焦虑状态，以良好的心态配合治疗，提高依从性，加速患者症状的缓解和疾病康复。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the effect of psychological nursing on the anxiety of patients with renal calculi. Methods the period from January 2020 to October 2021 was selected for this study. During this period, 120 patients with renal calculi who were admitted to our hospital and voluntarily joined the study were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group added psychological nursing on the basis of the control group to analyze the application effect. Results the improvement of anxiety state in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the recovery of sleep quality was better than that in the control group. The comparative nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion psychological nursing can help patients maintain a good state of mind, reduce the probability of negative emotions, alleviate the anxiety state of patients, cooperate with treatment with a good state of mind, improve compliance, and accelerate the relief of symptoms and disease rehabilitation.
