医护一体化护理模式对急性支气管炎患者遵医行为的影响

摘要	分析医护一体化用于急性支气管炎患者护理内的效果。方法从2020年1月-2022年1月期间因急性支气管炎入院的患者内随机选择则76例，依据护理形式分组，即实验与对照，各组38例。对照组病患均接受常规护理，实验组病患均实施医护一体化护理，对比效果。结果实验组满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组遵医嘱行为高于对照组，P＜0.05。护理前，两组生活质量评分无明显差异，P＞0.05。护理后，实验组生活质量改善程度，均优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论对急性支气管炎患者实施医护一体化模式，可以提高护理质量以及遵医嘱行为，改善患者的心功能以及生活质量，患者满意度较好。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the effect of medical and nursing integration in the nursing of patients with acute bronchitis. Methods: 76 patients with acute bronchitis admitted from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly selected. They were grouped according to the form of nursing, that is, experiment and control, with 38 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received routine care, while the patients in the experimental group received integrated medical and nursing care. Results: The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The compliance behavior of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the improvement of life quality in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of the medical and nursing integration model for patients with acute bronchitis can improve the quality of care and compliance behavior, improve the patients cardiac function and quality of life, and the patients satisfaction is good.
